Terms & Conditions
1. The Purchaser agrees to pay a reservation fee 1% of the total sale price to the Company’s bank account which is as follows :
Bank : Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited.

Instructions : Reservation fee for Kalita at Rawai Coast ( Residence Type )
2. Where the reservation fee is paid in a form other than cash, the Reservation shall only become effective upon clearance of funds to the Company’s account in full.
3. The Purchaser agrees to enter into the relevant Agreement( s ) described below to purchase the property within 21 days from the date of signing this reservation form.
4. The Purchaser agrees to pay the Purchase Price specified in the Property Sale and Purchase Agreement or Long Term Lease Agreement.
5. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that in the case where the Purchaser fails to enter into the relevant Property Sales and Purchase Agreement or Long Term LeaseAgreement, the Purchaser shall forfeit their reservation fee and the Company without prior notice shall be entitled to dispose of the property as it sees fit. The Purchaser under such circumstances, will have no rights and claims whatsoever against the Company.
6. The Purchaser shall not be allowed to assign their rights and obligations to any third party not mentioned in the reservation form without the written approval of the Company.
7. The Purchaser agrees that this reservation is subject to the Company’s acceptance. The Company has the right to refuse the acceptance of this reservation. In such event, the Company shall refund the reservation fee made to the Purchaser without any interest thereon and / or compensation whatsoever.
8. This project is subject to development approval by the relevant government authorities. The company reserves the right to change infrastructure and other building requirement of the project to comply with government regulations.
This reservation is subject to the above terms and conditions which I / We have read and understood, and hereby agree and acknowledge.
